Subscribing, cancelling and restoring
Your first 10 AI analyses are free; after that you can subscribe to IBS Clue Pro in the app. To cancel, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. After switching phones or reinstalling, tap Restore on the subscription screen.
Refunds
Apple handles billing, so request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The AI got my meal wrong
Tap an ingredient in the result to correct or remove it, and the app analyses the meal again with your fix. FODMAP amounts are estimates, not lab measurements.
Where is my data?
Only on your phone — there's no account and no cloud sync. iCloud or computer backups carry it to a new phone. Me → Delete all data erases everything. See the privacy policy.
Sharing with your doctor
Me → Export report for doctor creates a PDF you can print or send.

No. IBS Clue is a self-tracking tool and doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. See a doctor promptly for warning signs such as blood in your stool, unexplained weight loss or symptoms that wake you at night.
